Worst hold times for trying to get ahold of someone over the phone. Officers are very rude here and so is staff. Traffic ticket fines are outrageous it's cook county trying to get money from poor people.
Rm 121, paid at station 4...kiosk by civil division...went to get ppw and copies...the ladies there gave me the wrong ppw and double charged me. Every time I go there, I am met with hostility and poor attitudes. (Written on behalf of R. Hernandez)
Cook county courthouse the epitome of corruption and injustice. Well what did you expect? People stripped of their humanity to make the wonderful county of crook as much money as possible!
I had to wait at least 10mins because there was only one cashier working and 4 more talking about dogs and Facebook in their cellphone. It took them between 10-15mins to stop talking for one of them to help me. Security guards at the door they didn't check my stuff they were to busy eating.
