The guy was nice and sort it out but it did take way longer than intended to get the car and get on with our day.
We're very impressed by this Enterprise location. Our auto insurance company placed a reservation for us. When we called, the staff who answered the phone already pulled up the reservation record and had all the necessary info from the caller ID. All we had to do was to show up and pick up the key. It took less than 5 minutes. When we returned on a Saturday (note that they are only open half day on Saturdays and close on Sundays - it's a suburban location after all), we parked the car in their lot and returned the key to the return box. When we called on the next Monday to confirm the receipt of the car, once again, it was a smooth transaction. They've processed everything and it took less than one minute. This Enterprise employs competent and courteous people and it's a pleasure working with them. Highly recommended.
Wow! I cannot say enough about this car rental. It was easy, accessible and the price for value exceeded my expectations. The service was just exceptional. The vehicle was clean and well cared for. We were picked up from the hotel and delivered to the train station when we returned the car. The car was ready when we arrived and checking the vehicle back in was a breeze. There were no hidden charges and I highly recommend this location.
Also found that the same contract form is in use when we rented in England and Ireland. That makes it a little easier and the staffs in the foreign offices were very helpful with directions.

Terrible service. We've got there and they did not have any cars from the category we booked (intermediate), then they wanted to give us a Nissan note(look up the picture) or a big 2 seat truck.
Always our choice on our travels- home and abroad! Now retired, the Illinois visits are mostly to see family.
The Enterprise staff is great about scheduling the pick-ups at our daughter's house when we fly in. The car selection is good, too. Even with new cars there are issues and we've had a couple. In those cases, they acted promptly to swap out the vehicles (frozen, cracked windshield. non-functioning electronic dashboard heater controls). Any breakdown is inconvenient but the Staff worked at accommodating us quickly.
